ILM Accreditation
In February 2007 ABA we were awarded ILM Accredited Centre Status and are now able to offer your managers and leaders the opportunity to acquire national hallmarks recognition for their learning and development achievements.
We are currently able to offer:-
- Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading
- Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management
- Level 5 Diploma in Management
In addition we can develop specific tailor made programmes which can attract the ILM endorsed and development awards.
Later this year we will see the reform of the current National Qualifications Framework (NQF) with the introduction of a unit based format which allows for the accumulation and transfer of credit achievements over time.
Although it’s still early days we already have a lot of interest from you in pursuing this route and we are looking forward to working with you in developing these programmes.
In a parallel development we have also been accredited to offer Coaching & Mentoring qualifications at Level 5 & 7. These are available to managers and leaders at all levels together with personnel, training and HR Specialists.
