Our History
How it all started
The company was founded in 1985 by Roger Woodgate and Alan Barlow who had a common aim of developing a business which would really make a positive difference to their clients by providing innovative learning solutions.
Over the past 20 years plus the company has grown to a team of over 35 highly professional consultants and trainers supported by a small dedicated administrative and customer support team based in Royston, Hertfordshire.
The company has in this time developed a number of long term relationships with major commercial and public sector clients including, Marks & Spencer, HSBC, GlaxoSmithKline, Eurostar, Hertfordshire County Council, English Heritage and Birmingham City Council.
The highest proportion of our business comes from repeat orders or referrals from highly satisfied clients.
